ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
Although we make every effort to assure the information contained on this web
site is accurate, we are relying on our vendors and manufacturers to provide us
with information on the product purchased from them. We are not responsible for
errors, misprints, incorrect graphics or other information provided to us and
beyond our control.
PAYMENT POLICY
All orders are to be pre-paid via credit card, certified U.S. dollars, money
order, or electronic wire transfer. We verify all billing information (Including
Phone Numbers) before the order ships. We may require additional information
to confirm card holder identity before processing your order. Please provide
an accurate billing address and telephone number that is also on file with your
card issuing bank to expedite processing your order. We do not ship COD.
BACKORDERS
We stock most items, but occasionally we may run out. If you have placed an order
for an item that is currently backordered, we will automatically ship your merchandise
upon receipt at our warehouse. If you do not wish us to hold the order, please
call to cancel the order. You may call us to check the status of your order at
any time during our normal business hours (8am-5pm Monday - Friday, MST).
WARRANTY
All items sold on this site carry a warranty from the manufacturer. You will need
to contact the product manufacturer for service if you experience a problem with
the equipment.
FOREIGN ORDERS
We accept orders billing from or shipping to destinations outside the United States
with pre-payment via bank to bank funds transfer, International Money Orders,
or Bank Certified Funds (US dollars). We may accept credit cards on certain orders
providing specific requirements are met such as but not limited to shipping the
product to the address listed with your bank and on your identification. We may
require copies faxed or emailed to us of your identification, front and back copies
of the credit card a statement authorizing us to use the credit card for this
order. We may also process two separate charges to your credit card and request
these amounts be confirmed before shipping. Validation of the card holder is a
one time process per card and cardholder. We reserve the right to refuse any unsecured
method of payment.
MONEY ORDERS AND CERTIFIED BANK FUNDS
In order to use this payment option, you must first have an existing order in
our system. You may place the order online by using a fake credit card number
4111 1111 1111 1111 with an expiration date of Nov 09. This will allow the system
to accept the order and flag us to contact with payment instructions. Please specify
you would like our payment address in the comment field on order. Allow sufficient
time for funds to clear your financial institution.
BANK TO BANK WIRE TRANSFERS
In order to use the Electronic wire transfer as a payment option, you must first
have an existing order in our system. You may place the order online by using
a fake credit card number 4111 1111 1111 1111 with an expiration date of Nov 08.
This will allow the system to accept the order and flag us to contact with payment
instructions. Orders less than $500 USD will be assessed a $15.00 USD incoming
wire fee. Please specify you would like to use this payment method in the comment
field on order. Please allow up to 72 business hours for the bank to process and
post funds.
